These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tradelyn (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tradelyn is a social platform where users (“Analysts”) publish their personal market analysis, trade ideas and performance statistics, and where other users can follow, view and discuss them. The Service exists for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a brokerage, exchange, investment platform, or a source of financial advice.
Nothing on Tradelyn constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or asset. Analysts are independent users and are not licensed financial advisors acting on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional. See our Risk Disclosure for more.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the analyses, text, images and other content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Tradelyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Users may send optional tips/donations to Analysts. Donations are voluntary, are not payment for advice, and are generally non-refundable. Any payouts to Analysts are subject to applicable fees and to the wallet/payment details they provide. You are responsible for any taxes arising from donations you send or receive.
If your account is suspended or closed for violating these Terms while you still hold an unpaid donation balance, you may receive only the portion of that balance that accrued before the date of the violation (subject to our review and to applicable fees). Any amounts earned on or after the violation date are forfeited and will not be paid out. We may withhold payouts while a suspected violation is being investigated.
You can report content you believe violates these Terms. We reserve the right to review, remove or restrict any content, and to suspend or permanently close any account, that violates these Terms.
The Tradelyn name, logo, and the Service’s software and design are owned by us and protected by law. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
The Service relies on third parties (for example market-data providers and infrastructure vendors). Market data may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or statistics displayed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradelyn and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradelyn and its operators from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
